How a simple idea grew into a mission to transform the food truck experience

It all started with a simple, frustrating experience that many of us can relate to. One day, while out with a friend, we tried to find an ice cream truck but spent a long time driving around without any luck. That's when the idea struck: "Why not create an app that shows the locations of ice cream trucks?"

What began as a solution for tracking ice cream trucks quickly evolved into something much bigger. We realized this concept could serve all types of mobile food vendors from taco trucks to coffee carts, from gourmet food trailers to specialty dessert stands.

As we researched the market, we discovered some small existing solutions but they all seemed to be missing key features that both vendors and customers needed. We saw an opportunity to combine the best aspects of these platforms while adding innovative new capabilities.

Using cutting-edge technologies including interactive mapping and online ordering and analytics, we plan to build CurbCrave to bridge the gap between food truck owners and the communities they serve. Our goal is simple: connect the community by making street food more accessible for everyone while giving vendors the tools they need to grow their businesses.
